I am looking for a screen capture app that will work without rooting or the need for a PC.. Has anyone figured it out yet.. I thought all of the newer android OS had this feature now by pressing the power button then tapping the home button.. Atleast it works that way on the newer phones.

I rooted my tablet and downloaded Screenshot ER works great. And Pressing Lock and Home is certainly something that's been with apple touch products for a while but android devices are a bit more diverse than apple so that's probably why it's not part of the system.

Screenshot ER initially needs a pc, and will need one after every reboot.
