I have Android 4.0 on my Acer A200 tablet. In the photo gallery, two albums titled

They will not let me delete them using the normal procedure.

Welcome to Android Central! What are the albums titled? Albums are really just directories on the device's internal storage or SD card. Some directories are system directories and can't be deleted.
