Hi, I got this tablet about three years ago, never had a problem with it other than it wasn't getting the latest updates, so in the end I sold it, and got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite.
However, I heard from the person who bought the tablet the other day, and they claimed the wifi wasn't working, and that they'd tried it in other places than home. Personally, I've never had any wifi issues with it, it's always been online for me. I reset it from scratch so it's like new, everything removed... is there anything I could tell them so that they can try and fix the issue?
