Software update pushing now

My Acer A700 is receiving an update today (7/23/2012).

Its a fairly substantial size of 332.01mb.
The new version is Acer_A700_AV043.RV07RC06_PA_CUS1

Folks in France are reporting a much smaller 6mb push, maybe just a first step fix prior to this larger push. Hard to know.

The download is taking forever. I'll post back any obvious changes.

I posted my observations .

Some problems fixed, the first tap problem, screen rotation bug, and Google Earth lockup.

If there is more, I havent't found it. The general impression is that it is a tad faster.

Don't know if anyone is having this issue after the update, but I am having numerous app crashes (Crime City,Road Racing 2HD, even the Browser from time to time).

What gives Acer?!?
