My Acer Iconia A700 has offered the Jelly Bean upgrade but when installing it stops at about 30% then reboots with "update fail" message.
I have tried 3 times but without success.
Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution.

I've had same prob too tried about 10 times now and fails every time at same point,even tried after full tablet reset.the 240 odd meg file takes ages to download too.any help out there

Personally, I don't do many OTA updates. (I make my own roms).

However, I believe, if you have the tablet as close to stock as possible, the chances of a successful OTA are greatly increased.

IE; Do a factory reset and try it. Things such as launchers and utility apps may cause an issue.

Keep in mind, the early OTA for the 700 had some issues, so Acer stopped them momentarily.
