my alcatel android phone went black and i can't swipe screen to unlock it.
I was downloading a free wallpaper on the internet on my alcatel phone. I don't know if it was a coincidence that it happened then or if I got a virus. The screen is black now and I try to swipe it and it won't swipe. I can't make any calls or texts. I can only answer calls. I can't get the phone to go any farther but go to a black screen even when I turn it off and back on. I've also tried taking the battery out and back in. What should I do or what is the problem
