Phone won't start up anymore?

(My phone is an 'Alcatel Onetouch' (Virgin Mobile))
So, my phone was working fine yesterday. But its battery power ran out overnight and was dead. So I plugged it into the charge this morning and once it reached 20% charged I unplugged it from the charger and tried to turn it on. It shows the 'Alcatel OneTouch' logo and then moment later shows the animation into the Virgin Mobile logo and it just seems to stay there. I have even tried removing the battery and placing back in and the same still occurs.

Try charging undisturbed from a wall outlet for at least 4-6 hours, then try powering on again.
