Line thing follows my finger around the screen, how can I stop this?

Line thing follows my finger around the screen

Please Help!!!! Its driving me bonkers... I have an Alcatel One Touch Fierce and this line thing follows my finger all over the place leaving a blue/white line behind it. I went to settings and looked through it like 20+ times and can't find anything for it. It also has a red/white toolbar on the top of the screen that adjusts its numbers while you move your finger which gets in the way alotttttt.
