Just got my first ever Kindle, It's a Fire HD 7" non-3g. I have a few questions.

1. Is there an App I can use to browse my wifi network locations?

2. I already have .mobi and .epub books on my pc. Can I transfer them to my Kindle, which file formats will work?
In the books folder on my Kindle I see folders like 'B0082RR268_EBOK.prc.luci', 'ACW' & 'Sidecar'; where should I put my book files & how should I put them? In their own folders? How should
they be labelled?

3. Is it possible to configure the home screen and can I set google.com as my homepage so when I tap 'web' it goes straight there?

Plus any cool app recommendations?
