Default lost stock book store after root

I rooted my KF yesterday. It's currently running firmware 6.3 and I also have GoLauncher installed on it with OTA Rootkeeper.

Everything seemed fine until this morning, when I noticed I lost my KF styled book store (you know, the fancy bookshelf filled with nice book covers and all to scroll through). Instead, I can only view between books I have on the device or in the cloud, and then I can search the store. The store is the plain and monotonous one that you would see if you downloaded the Amazon Kindle app on a phone (no books covers to see, just a list of book names and a small icon of the book)

Please help! I rooted using BurritoRoot3 and KF Utility v0.9.5

ahh thank you for the link. Guess I was searching for the wrong key phrases.

I reinstalled the kindleforotter.apk and it went back to the original lay out.

Are you using a third party launcher like ADW or Go Launcher EX? If so, you'll need to follow this: [Q] Rooted with Go Launcher, but can't read books - xda-developers

See the second page for the answers.

If your device is just rooted, but still running stock launcher, then you have a different issue.
