Text to speech for KF?

I use the text-to-speech functionality of my Kindle 2 a lot on my daily commute. When I upgraded to the Kindle Fire I assumed it would have all the features of the 2, and with a whole lot more. Well, it did have a whole lot more...but no text-to-speech. I've inquired with Amazon about it, and they said there were no concrete plans to implement TTS anytime in the near future. I've done a bit of looking, but have yet to find an app that will convert the text of an ebook I'm reading on my KF into audio. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!
