Finally got the ok to root!
Ok, I am an avid rooter on my phone but my wife finally is allowing me to root her Kindle Fire. The only catch is that she wants to watch streaming movies from Amazon on it and I know that can't be done unless you unroot it.
So my question is what is the best and easiest ROM for the Fire to use so she can easily root and unroot it when she wants. If that is possible, thanks! - 05-01-2012, 03:36 PM #2

Re: Finally got the ok to root!
I rooted mine so I could install the Play Store, then used OTA Rootkeeper to Temp unroot which is probably the way I will leave it most of the time so all the Amazon stuffs works. The OTA unroot sticks even after rebooting until you go back into OTA and restore root.
