    Default Sideloaded app question

    Hi everyone,

I'm new here and looking to pick up a Kindle Fire (original version) on the cheap! We're actually going to be using it for drawing artwork and I had an app-specific question:

There's an app on GP that called "Screen Lock / disable touch" (GP link here) that lets you disable touch input and screen timeout on the device. It works perfectly on my Nexus 7, and I wanted this kind of functionality on my new Kindle Fire when I get it. Does anybody know if this app specifically would work on the Kindle Fire, or could somebody find the kindness in their heart to try it out for me?

Thanks very much and have a nice day
