Kindle screen damaged

Hello, I'd like to buy a replacement screen for someone and I'm not sure if I just need to buy an outer screen or replace the digitizer and the lcd. Attached is the picture of the screen, I don't have it in my possession, can anyone help me out to tell me which is/are needed?

Haven't done anything like this before, so I don't know. I just figured from other things I have had to tear apart and replace, especially if it is a pain, is to replace everything related so I don't have to repeat the process numerous times.
