    Default Rooting problem for Samsung Galaxy Y Duos

    Hi,

    I have a Samsung Galaxy Y Duos phone running Gingerbread 2.3.6.

    I tried rooting the phone using the root kit in and am seeing the fwg error messages. Appreciate any help on resolving this!

    (6) skip "PC Companion Software" prompt on device

    Download this:

    Put it on your root of your sd card,then turn off your phone wait till the battery bar shows up then you hold up the volume button the home and the power button,then you wait when it shows up samsung galaxy y the start logo, you keep holding it till it stop showing the logo and then show it again...you are in the recovery menu now just use the volume buttons to go up and down choose update find update.zip its gonna take 2 secs and you are ready

    i am still getting error in rooting i.e., e/unable to mount/sdcard
