I needed to remove facebook and twitter completely and after alot of trial and error I found out how to do it on Gingerbread 2.3.3

First you need gingerbreak, busybox, titanium backup and super manager

1.Root the tablet with gingerbreak

2.then install busybox, open busybox and install

3.install titanium backup, open titanium backup, uninstall all non wanted applications

4.install super manager, navigate to system folder, search for .apk delete the apks

reboot and the apps that you have uninstalled should have disappeared

be careful to to not uninstall system files, little green android probably not a good idea to remove.
