Samsung Exhbit 4g

my stupid phone will randomly reboot either to low battery when if you plug it in the charger shows it almost full or will drop down from 60 percent to 1 why does it do this and ive wiped made no diffrence and still does it i dont use a samsung charger is that the problem if i done a hard reset and one from the privacy screen is this common?

I have the Exhibit II, also called Galaxy exhibit. It doesnt do that but it does turn on if Its off and I plug it into a charger. Probably software bugs.
