Someone please help for Gods sake!!!

I only created this account to ask this damn question. i swear if no one answers im deleting my account lol i really need help :-/ . My GS3 is crashing after i installed AdFree. Dont get that ty app it will mess up your phone. Question how can i fix my rooted phone? All it does it crashes when i go into most apps even titanium back up crashes. Do i factory reset? How do i fix it? Recovery mode? Download mode? How do i do it? Some one please help i DONT wanna lose root access

Edited: i deleted the app and my apps still crash even my launchers

Can't you just delete the app?

Yes i did but the problem still continues :-(
