after upgrading to Gingerbread applications don't install

I Recently tried to upgrade my galaxy gio froyo to Jelly Bean but It didn?t work and I lost everything. As a result I was forced to install Gingerbread Stock ROM from windows through phone Downloading mode by odin . Now my new OS runs successfully but I can?t install any application. Not one or Two! For every application, the phone prompts this error ?Application not Installed?
