rooted phone gets 2.3?
If u have a rooted phone, can u install the latest OS?

There are several folks working on 2.3 ROMs - I'd check the ROMs and Hacks section for your phone to see who is working on it.
Usually the first gen ROMs have issues, like camera's and such not working but they eventually get it all worked out. And yes you have to be rooted.Some say that his dormant chips were left that way for YOUR SAFETY... Others say that once "turned on," he can not be turned off... All we know is...
