Full browser... what it means?
I am new and I do not have an Android phone :-) but for almost a year I am waiting for a tablet that would fulfil my needs.
At the moment I am using (as a mobile device) netbook Asus 1201N and as much as I like it tablet is even more fun to carry around, has better battery life, etc, etc.... but can it have a proper browser installed?
One of the web sites I am using almost everyday (from Poland) is Hulu over VPN.
So far it would not work on any tablet i know (this is why I do not have a iPad - as it is one feature missing I need). I know there is Hulu Plus ($7.99/month) but I can not pay for it being in Poland + why would I pay for something that I can have free on netbook (also mobile device!).
Since in this presentation (
) it is mentioned few times that Honeycomb will give it user full browser support or fully PC like experience my question is (that probably no one knows the answer to yet :-(. Will I be able to use built in browser (or install full ver. of any other browser) to watch free version of hulu, crackle, bbc, itv, etc...???
And since we are talking about watching.... I got at home simple NAS drive (MY Book World Edition) - will I be able to watch movies stored on this drive the same way I can now with my Asus (or should I rather look for tablet with Windows 7 on board)?
