Volume control on lock screen?

So I got the ota ICS update on my Nexus S yesterday, and have spent a lot of time trying to find a way to control the volume without having to unlock the phone.
The old way of being able to switch between vibrate and ring with a swipe on the lock screen was ideal.
Is there any way to do this in ICS?

If you hold the power button, you can switch between silent, vibrate, and ring from the pop-up menu.
