Default Can't find GPS under Settings

I have a Droid RAZR. Just got the update to 4.0 / Ice Cream Sandwich.

After the reboot, I saw that the Wifi On/Off widget, and the GPS On/Off widget both disappeared.

(This is a minor problem, though it would be nice to have a widget for these things)

The real issue is -- I cannot find how to turn GPS on & off, even when I open Settings. The menu has toggles for Airplane Mode, Wi Fi, Bluetooth ... but no GPS. (See attached)

Is it somewhere else? Did they forget about it? Or is my installation broken?

    Thanks!

On a Samsung Galaxy S3 running 4.0.4, you pull down the notification bar and there is switches for various radios, including the GPS.

The Droid may be different, however.

I think I found the answer now:
System Settings -> Location Services -> Standalone GPS services.

But, there still doesn't seem to be a simple, default widget for GPS on/off. Oh well, that's progress I guess.

Go to Apps, Widgets and select the "Power control" widget. You can use it to toggle Wi fi, bluetooth, standalone GPS, etc.
