Video playback issue

The other day I took a small movie clip using a digital camera. I hooked up my new Neuropad Ultra and dragged the clip over from a PC. The clip plays just fine on the Neuropad.
My problem is that I then uploaded the clip to Facebook and it will not play back on my device (through Facebook). Error message "Sorry, this video cannot be played".
The clip plays back fine (through Facebook) on my wifes Asus Transformer (also on ICS) and there's no problem viewing from a PC.

YouTube videos play fine on the Neuropad which adds to the dilemma.

What should I look for please?

Solution found.

My home internet connection speed is too poor (most of the time) to stream through Facebook. That same clip worked perfectly just now. No cable even planned for my area. :-(

Solution found.

Unfortunately my home internet speed isn't what it should be. The same clip just played perfectly tonight.
