Need larger text on caller ID

I just upgraded to ICS on my old Thunderbolt and don't like how small the text is when I get a phone call. Anyone know of a way to increase the size of the font for incoming calls when the screen is locked?

I tried looking at some apps, but they all appear to be geared more towards making contact pictures bigger. I don't have any contact pictures loaded so I don't care about that. I just want names large enough I can read them.

I've got Big Font installed, but that doesn't help with caller id.

Simply install the app 'Big Font'. Then you customize the font size in your android device.

It's better on Liquid's ICS rom that it was on the BAMF ICS, but it still leaves room for improvement. Perhaps it's a Sense thing from HTC.

I've also adjusted the DPR and that seems to have helped as well.
