Please suggest to create user accounts just like Windows OS.
User1 - admin -> he need all access in device (tablet pc)
User2 - guest -> restriction in access device features (like usb, etc)

I also hear some people making multi-user support of there own, i gueed you need to google deeper on that

Fan fact Linux kernel that runs on fundaments of Android has multi-user support... but it's used only for application isolation.
