I currently have LG Lucid on Verizon running 4.0.4

updated ityesterday.
I'm having a couple issues. When i updated the OS asked if i wanted folders or just apps everywhere. lol. I have a BB love it so the folders are more familiar to me. My issue is everytime i reboot some of the apps arent in their proper folders any more. how can i fix this issue.

2nd question is how do i syc my fb info with my contacts withought adding all my fb friends.
