Stock browser on Droid Razr MAXX running ICS has gone berzerk!

Hey all - I've got a question. I noticed today that if I open the stock browser on my Razr MAXX and it goes to the "deault page" homepage the browser will reload every couple seconds. I created a video of it with my wife's Droid RAZR that is not having the issue. As you'll see, I'm not touching the screen and there's a 0 and the + symbol coming on and off every time it reloads. If I change the homepage to "Most Visited Sites" or be lucky enough to click the icon to log out, it won't do this.
