    Default when texting the number of chars goes from 98 to 7 left.

    his happens 90% of the time. I've tried several sms apps and it happens in them all. The person I'm texting ends up getting several 69 character messages. I'm on a new warp zte. I've searched everything and can't find a reference to the issue. Felt good to type that without having to monitor a character count!

    Are you using emoticons?

    If so, try without and see if that lowers the count?

    Just an idea.

    its basically a software bug... go to ZTEUSA.com and upgrade the firmware of ypur phone, that ll fix the issue
