[SOLVED] Phone won't start on after editing build.prop file

Today I changed my build.prop file on my Galaxy S2 Epic 4g Touch and now my phone won't start (it turns on but gets stuck at the "Samsung Galaxy S2" screen). I added ro.camera.sound.forced=0 to the end of the file in an attempt to turn off all the stupid camera sounds. I don't have CWM installed but can access Android System Recovery. Is there anyway I can change the build.prop file back without having to do a factory reset...I'd really like to not lose the data on my phone.
