Two questions

I really recently bougth an Argom t90002 tablet and i am liking it, it comes with android 4.0 and my first question is how do i upgrade fron 4.0.4 to 4.x.x? since i assume that 4.0 will be losing support eventually and what is an 4.0 issue, i have a wi-fi problem, i can conenct to my WPA network just fine however, if i put the tablet onto sleep or fully shut it off it loses the wi-fi connection and doesnt bothers to try to reconnect, and i know because i have all grey bars but the config screen says it's all a-ok, i can easly re connect by turning off and on the wi-fi.
