I have micromax canvas2 phone with ice cream sandwich installed. Phone's microphone is facing unique problem. Applications like Talking Tom and sound recorder are working fine but during a call the microphone does not work and the person on other side of the call cannot hear the voice. Also google voice search is facing same issue. My questions:
a) Is this software or hardware issue ?
b) Just a guess, can this phone have two internal microphones ? Is there a way to check it ?
c) Upgrading the device drivers or upgrading to Jelly Bean can solve this issue ?
