Wink Forwarding wifi from tablet to pc

Hey guys, I am wondering if there is a way to forward the wifi aps that my tablet picks up to my windows pc. My pc has a wifi adapter but it has grown weak. Also I don't have the cash right now to buy a new one. My tablet is not-rootable (that I know of), but I have an older android phone that is rooted that would work. I have no idea about how to approach this, any ideas would be great. I have a Nextbook 7P12-8g tablet and an LG Optimus S phone.

You might be able to try USB tethering when connected to the computer, or Bluetooth tethering. I'm can't say for sure if either will work in your case, though. There isn't any way for you to re-share WiFi data through a hotspot — activating the hotspot disables standard WiFi.
