S738c iam trying to disable stock apps and replace some them

I have tried rooting twice it doesn't go well so don't want to do that. Just trying to increase ram availability as much as possible. My phone is so slow and freezes all the time. I just factory reset. I want to put zero launcher and sms. And dolphin browser. Need to know what needs disabled and what's safe to disable.

You don't want to do do that - Android wants to use as much RAM as possible. Unused RAM is wasted RAM.

Need to know what needs disabled and what's safe to disable.

Find out what's running, then you'll know what you want to disable. It may not be a system app at all, it may be an app you installed that's causing the problem. (If an app refuses to be killed, it can cause Android to freeze.)

(BTW, to disable system apps, you have to be rooted.)

You don't need root to disable system apps. I have an Ice Cream Sandwich phone, I disabled some of my stock apps because I'm not using them.
