how do i revert back???

Met someone off kijiji in December 2014 who put new software on my phone. Since then, my phone lags horribly. I've wiped my phone three times within 2 months hand it still doesn't run smoothly and the software is still on my phone. The ram is constantly being used excessively even though i dont have many appß on th8s phone, I mostly used it for the internet. How do I remove this software???

is better-That you contact or visit your Phone-Carrier and upgrade

To aNew LG if you like that brand..It will be cheaper & headache free than
having hard time, with the Current phone. What doYou think guys?
