ever since the update I can't enter my pin & I have a HTC sense crash report

can't use my phone at all, and I don't know what to do

there's no keypad to enter my pin!

I have exactly the same problem. After the upgrade I get the "enter pin to unlock message" but no way of entering the pin? Is this a SIMM pin or the pin I use to access the phone? I thought about backing up everything on the phone and then doing a factory reset but can't get it to talk to my computer either?? What has caused this problem in the first place. Does this happen to everyone when the upgrade happens? Help
