Mobile Hotspot/Tethering/PopUp

Click on Mobile Hotspot/On

Get popup...First Time User? I Check box "Don't show this again." Then Cancel. (Or OK, doesn't matter.)

Pop Up box comes up every time I use my Mobile Hotspot.

Maybe if I rephrase I'll get a response. When I turn on my mobile hotspot a popup window comes up asking me if I'm a first time user. Of course, I'm not, so I click on "don't show me this again" and then exit the popup.

That popup comes up every time I turn on my mobile hotspot.

Why? Why can't I get rid of it?

I have exactly the same issue, with my SG3, Android 4.1.2, T-Mobile service.

This is the first thread I've seen on this issue, and I've searched for over 6 months. If anyone can help, we'd really appreciate it!
