Zipcar App keeps giving me an error

Hi Everyone.

I have the ZipCar app on my Nexus 4. When I log in and try to search for available cars this error appears:

I've contacted zipcar and they said... to log out and log back in again. When I stopped laughing, i gave it a go but no joy!

Does anyone have any suggestions of what i should say to them to fix it.

This doesn't seem to happen to my co-workers, also running JellyBean (on an SGS4)

Hi Tiernan,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the app! We are aware of this issue and investigating the cause. In the meantime, if you are still running into this error, the following work-around should work:

  • Log in to the Zipcar app
  • On the 'Reserve' tab, tap on 'Location'
  • Select 'Current Location'
  • Tap 'Find Cars!'
