There must be a solution, this is driving me insane.
My Galaxy S2 runs 4.0.3 and downloads from the browser just fine, I hit download and have a separate command pop up that asks me whether I want to download through the browser or through the android system. I download through the browser, files go into my download folder in MyFiles and we're good to go.
On my new Note, I try to do the same thing, download a PDF let's say and... nothing, no new command window, no ability to download. This is honestly a big enough issue for me to return the tablet. I need a fix.
