unable to get the 4.3 for my nexus 4

Hi,
I'm in India and my friends over here have already got the jelly bean 4.3 update but I still haven't received it.
I'm using a nexus 4 bought from U.S unlocked. I have tried clearing and stopping google service framework but no luck.
I'm having a hard time installing it manually because I'm new to android.
Please help!

You will get it eventually. It doesn't roll out all at once. If you want to install it manually try using wugfresh rootkit and download the Stock 4.3 Rom from google themselves. Then just follow instructions. But if you can't, just wait. It will come eventually.
