Install jelly bean 4.2/4.2.2./4.3 stock/custom rom on a ICS 4.0.4 Eurostar ePad2 ET7006C-P12 Tablet

The original 4.0.4 rom is in below link

I want to know if I can install a stock/custom jelly bean rom on it?

If yes,

1. which version can I install
2. how do I do it
3. where can I find the rom
