As someone who is still fairly new to Android I'm still less then impressed with the battery on the S4. As you can see from the screen shots I'm under 60% already and it's only been unplugged since about 715.

I'm hoping someone here can decipher some of the battery logs I've attached

Thanks
David

I have an HTC One X.

Big battery users:

GPS
screen (brighter uses more power)
Google's Maps app seems to eat battery even if GPS is off
If Wifi is on while I'm driving, that uses a lot of battery power.
Bluetooth

Of the 4h 38m your phone has been unplugged, it's been awake for 4h 6m - of course your battery is dying quickly!
Looks like you have the NLP wakelocks, it's a common problem. Googling them will help find some solutions.

Uninstall clock. I have I537 ATT Samsung Galaxy S4. After uninstalling all memory drainining apps of no use ie.Samsung Hub/store, Google draining apps, and checkmark on screen dim, shutting down wifi at night will get approx. two days on battery. Remove Allshare if you don't see any use for it. Was a major battery draining app. Had phone since July 2013. Would like to know if anyone knows what Touch Wiz app does besides draining battery?

Appear to be doing better the last few days. Not really sure what I did except maybe clear the cache out in Google Services.

I am using screen auto dim and plug my phone in every night to charge while I sleep.

My phone isn't rooted so I'm not sure about removing some of the aforementioned apps but I'll try that next.

Thanks all for the replies.
