Samsung Galaxy S Plus Download Mode Frozen

Hi, I have samusng galaxy i9001 (S Plus Model). I installed cyanogenmod 10.1, but my battery is dying faster and my operators mobile internet data can't work either, so I want to go back to my stock android version. I found out that I need to go to download mode so I did, but the problem is: after i hold home+power+vol. down, green android guy appears and below it said 'download... do not turn off the target!', it's all that is on the screen and it just stays like that forever.. I would be very gratefull if you could help me

Well, you need a program like Odin to flash stock back. Google for a guide, it's not hard using Odin.

I would know how to use odin, but my screen is frozen !! it just says 'downloading...'
