Error 110

Hi all,
New to this forum.
I have a problem every time I want to install an app. I can download it no problem but when I try to install it the message Error 110 appears all the time. I've done a reset but to no avail. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution. Galaxy Tab 3

Is this an app from the Play Store? Normally it is seamless and you don't have to do anything.

It is part of the downloads. Namely " Accuweather"
I'm now getting another error when I try to download. Error 406 and it won't let me download.

Do you have a solution for this yet. I have the same isue on mine tab 3
