Hi,
I just updated to 4.3 on my galaxy S3 (Not On Contract). while i was downloading the update i saw that 13 mb was the size of the update. i thought this was odd at the time cuz the last update was like 700 mb. after my phone rebooted itself i saw a msg saying that the update was successfully installed,but i was still on the old version (4.1.2). this is annoying me as i really want the new stuff from 4.3. also , when i go the about device and check for an update it says i already have the latest update . how can that be if i'm still running 4.1.2 ???
