Video from Android to Dish Hopper

Not sure where the problem is but I can't get video from the Note 3 to display on the Dish Hopper. Music from the Note streams to it with the Hopper displaying album art and play controls. When I try video it shows a loading progress but fails with video cannot be played error. I have tried very short videos thinking it may have been a file size problem but this happens with all video. Any ideas ?

Android continues to be a jack of all trades, a master of none. The concept of being able to do more sounds great but not so much with nothing works. This streaming feature has never worked correctly and bluetooth integration with all of our cars navigation units is flakey with android. With iphone it just works. I see now why car manufacturers market iPhone integration over android.
