Need help programming bluetooth HID

Hi I am new to the programming world and I need help
What I am trying to make is a bluetooth keyboard that is paired with android 4.3 and when the key "1" is pressed instead of typing the key "1".
I need a program that transforms the key "1" to a message like "hello world"
Is there someone out there who will help me?

There is a Dev on XDA name Timduru that had something similar in his TF-101 ROM where you could reassign nearly any button to anything else plus shortcuts. I can only direct you to check out his work on XDA.
