Default Need help upgrading from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2

Hi there i have a Chinese market Android phone called a STAR W005 running 4.1.1 jellybean on baseband MAUI.11AMD.W12.22.SP.V15.P2, it's Dual SIM 3G and has a 1.0GHz MK6577 Dual Core processor. I was googling ways of upgrading from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 but it seems to be all threads and methods for upgrading specific devices like Galaxy S2 etc. It's rooted also if that makes a difference. If anyone could walk me through the process that would be great thanks.
I've also just purchased a Galaxy Young to have around as a backup, would it be recommended to upgrade either to 4.2.2?

You can't unless someone develops an updated ROM for that device and I do not see any.
