I am new to this forum and am looking for some advice concerning my Galaxy S4 (running the latest version of android).

My phone was running perfectly fine last night, I switched it off as it was low charge before going to bed.

I woke up, turned on my phone to find that it was producing a single vibrate every 2 seconds approximately. Thinking it was just out of charge, I plugged it in, held down the power button and it went in to recovery mode, and it has been stuck in it every since. It will always boot to recovery. This is the first time the phone has shown any issues.

I have tried the reboot a few times and clearing the cache, but it did nothing.

I am trying to avoid the facotry wipe due to photos and videos being stored on the handset.

Is there anything I can do to try and save my personal files before factory resetting the phone?

Any help and advice would be greatly apprecited.
