Samsung Galaxy S3, earpiece quiet after AT&T software update
I'm hoping someone can help. My phone automatically updated its AT&T software this past week. Mostly it's fine, but I've noticed that it's nearly impossible to hear anyone on the phone since the update. I've put the volume up as high as it can go, hit the volume boost that came with the new update, and I still need to be in a quiet room with the phone pressed as hard as possible against my ear focusing on the other person if I want to hear what's going on. I've googled and searched the forums and haven't seen anything similar. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks.
